氯化胆碱类低共熔溶剂预处理对玉米芯酶解的影响

摘要 为了提高玉米芯的转化效率,通过正交试验研究了氯化胆碱/乳酸、氯化胆碱/尿素两种低共熔溶剂不同预处理条件对玉米芯酶解的影响.研究结果表明:氯化胆碱/乳酸的预处理条件为预处理温度140℃、固液比1∶15和预处理时间1 h时,总还原糖质量浓度最大为2.860 g/L.三个因素对氯化胆碱/乳酸预处理的玉米芯酶解影响的主次顺序为预处理时间、固液比和预处理温度,三个因素对酶解影响均不显著.氯化胆碱/尿素的预处理条件为预处理温度140℃、固液比1∶20和预处理时间2 h时,总还原糖质量浓度最大为2.941 g/L.三个因素对氯化胆碱/尿素预处理的玉米芯酶解影响的主次顺序为预处理温度、预处理时间和固液比,预处理温度对酶解影响极显著,而预处理时间和固液比对酶解影响不显著.不同的低共熔溶剂和预处理条件对玉米芯酶解的影响是不同的.本研究将为木质纤维素生物质的高值化利用提供理论依据. In order to improve the conversion efficiency of corncob,the effects of different pretreatment conditions of two deep eutectic solvents,choline chloride/lactic acid and choline chloride/urea,on the enzymatic hydrolysis of corncob were investigated through orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that the maximum total reducing sugar concentration was 2.860 g/L when the pretreatment conditions of choline chloride/lactic acid were pretreatment temperature of 140℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15,and pretreatment time of 1 h.The primary and secondary order of the effects of three factors on the enzymatic hydrolysis of corncob pretreated with choline chloride/lactic acid was pretreatment time,solid-liquid ratio,and pretreatment temperature.All three factors had no significant impact on enzymatic hydrolysis.The maximum total reducing sugar concentration was 2.941 g/L when the pretreatment conditions of choline chloride/urea were pretreatment temperature of 140℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20,and pretreatment time of 2 h.The primary and secondary order of the effects of three factors on the enzymatic hydrolysis of corncob pretreated with choline chloride/urea was pretreatment temperature,pretreatment time,and solid-liquid ratio.The pretreatment temperature had a significant impact on enzymatic hydrolysis,while pretreatment time and solid-liquid ratio had no significant impact.The effect of different deep eutectic solvents and pretreatment conditions on the enzymatic hydrolysis of corncob varied.This study would provide a theoretical basis for the high-value utilization of lignocellulosic biomass.
