摘要
为揭示河南省农业数字化转型发展水平,该文通过熵权法,基于2013—2022年相关数据进行测度。结果显示农业数字化基础、应用、人才和创新能较好反映河南省农业数字化发展水平。通过实证分析,河南省农业数字化发展水平稳步提升,其中数字化基础和应用发展较好,数字化人才和创新有待提升。整体来看,河南省农业数字化存在基础设施建设水平低、科技创新能力差和专业人才资源少的问题。该文特提出强化基础设施建设、科技创新能力和人才资源建设等发展路径,以此提升河南省农业数字化转型发展的硬实力、软实力和内驱力。
In order to reveal the development level of agricultural digital transformation in Henan Province,this study used entropy method to measure based on the relevant data from 2013 to 2022.The results showed that foundation,application,talents and innovation of agricultural digitization can reflect the development level of agricultural digitization in Henan Province.Through empirical analysis,the development level of agricultural digitalization in Henan Province had been steadily improved,among which the development of digital foundation and application was good,and digital talents and innovation needed to be improved.On the whole,the problems of agricultural digitalization in Henan Province were low level of infrastructure construction,poor ability of scientific and technological innovation and few professional personnel resources.This paper proposes to strengthen the development path of infrastructure construction,scientific and technological innovation ability and human resources construction,so as to enhance the hard power,soft power and internal drive of the digital transformation development of agriculture in Henan Province.
