摘要
在分析“非双高”高职院校发展困境基础上,从差异化、特色化发展视角出发,提出了“非双高”高职院校教师适应性发展必须坚守“循规”与“自为”相统一、“针对性”“动态性”与“超前性”相统一的发展理念,以及构建高职教师“三维度”结构能力发展、课程与教学发展策略。
Based on the analysis of the development dilemmas of“non-double high”vocational colleges,this paper,from the perspectives of differentiated and characteristic development,proposed that the adaptive development of teachers in“non-double high”vocational colleges must adhere to the development concept of unity of“compliance”and“self-action”,and unity of“pertinence”,“dynamics”and“advancement”,as well as the strategies of the ability development of a“three-dimensional”structure construction,and the development of curriculum and teaching for vocational teachers.
