三维数字化设计在水利工程中的应用

摘要 三维数字化设计将数字化手段与水利设计工作融合,从三维数字化设计、专业间协同、信息模型数据共享等方面深入,应用于水利工程的全生命周期。基于Bentley平台,以某大型拦河闸为例,研究协同环境下数字化设计的流程和方法,在此基础上,总结数字化设计的应用范围,为工程全生命周期的信息化提供思路,便于类似项目参考借鉴。 Due to the specificity of water conservancy emergency rescue projects,they often face challenges such as tight schedules,heavy tasks,and huge resource demands.In such cases,traditional cont ract management models are often difficult to adapt to the rapid response and flexibility requirements of projects.The cost-plus-reward contract management model is widely used in such projects due to its unique adv antages.However,this model also has certain risks,such as cost overruns and resource waste.Therefore,project managers need to take comprehensive management measures from multiple perspectives.This article analyzes the advantages and potential risks of cost plus reward contracts,and proposes appropriate investment control concepts in terms of management organizat ion,system design,contract management,and process cont rol,providing valuable references and inspirations for project management practices.
