摘要
目的调查临床医学专业实习生的科研态度和科研能力状况,分析其科研能力的影响因素。方法2022年12月,选取杭州医学院和浙江中医药大学在浙江省人民医院(杭州医学院附属人民医院)临床实习的2018级和2019级五年制临床医学专业217名实习生作为研究对象,向其发放调查问卷,了解其科研态度和科研能力状况。问卷共计19个条目,采用Likert 5级评分,每个条目满分5分,科研态度从“非常不愿意”、“不愿意”、“一般”、“愿意”和“非常愿意”分别赋值1~5分,科研能力从“完全不具备”、“不具备”、“一般”、“具备”和“完全具备”分别赋值1~5分。回收有效问卷215份,最终纳入本研究的有215名实习生。采用SPSS 23.0软件,运用多元线性回归方法进行影响因素分析。结果五年制临床医学专业实习生科研态度评分为(4.00±0.93)分,科研能力评分为(3.12±0.72)分。有科研经历的实习生科研能力评分高于无科研经历的实习生,主要体现在科研设计能力、方法选择能力、文献检索能力、中文阅读能力、外文阅读能力、数据收集能力、数据整理能力,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。参加过科研课程学习的实习生的科研态度评分[(4.11±0.86)分]高于未参加过科研课程学习的实习生[(3.83±1.02)分],参加过科研课程学习的实习生更愿意进行或参与科学研究、参加系统性科研课程学习、撰写科研报告和论文、对学习中的科研问题感兴趣、需要提高科研素养,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。科研态度和科研经历是科研能力的影响因素,参加科研课程学习对科研能力未显示出明显的影响。结论五年制临床医学专业实习生科研态度整体较为积极,其科研能力处于一般水平。医生就业环境和职称晋升、职业发展对科研能力的要求激发了医学实习生的科研兴趣,但缺乏参与科研工作的途径阻碍了医学实习生科研能力的提高。医学院校应当充分发挥附属医院的作用,建立本科医学生科研导师制,搭建科研申报、学习、交流和指导平台,提高医学实习生的科研综合能力。
Objective To investigate the status of scientific research attitude and ability of undergraduate clinical medical interns,and analyze the factors that affect their scientific research ability.Methods In December 2022,217 five-year clinical medicine interns from Grade 2018 and 2019 in Hangzhou Medical College and Zhejiang Chinese Medical University who underwent clinical internship at Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital(People's Hospital of Hangzhou Medical College)were selected as the research subjects.A survey questionnaire was distributed to them to understand their research attitudes and abilities.There were a total of 19 items in the dimensions of research attitude and research ability,using a Likert 5-level rating,with a maximum score of 5 points.The scientific capacities were rated from 1(“completely lacking”)to 5(“fully capable”),while the attitudes toward scientific research were rated from 1(“very unwilling”)to 5(“very willing”).There were 215 valid questionnaires collected,and ultimately 215 interns were included in this study.SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the influencing factors by multiple linear regression.Results The average score of scientific research attitude among undergraduate medical interns was 4.00±0.93,and the average score of scientific research ability was 3.12±0.72.Undergraduate clinical interns with scientific research experience had higher scientific research ability scores than those without scientific research experience,mainly reflected in research design ability,method selection ability,literature retrieval ability,Chinese reading ability,foreign language reading ability,data collection ability,and data organization ability,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Interns who had participated in scientific research teaching courses had higher scientific research attitude scores(4.11±0.86)than those who had not participated in such courses(3.83±1.02).Interns who have participated in scientific research teaching courses were more willing to conduct or participate in scientific research,participate in systematic scientific research courses,write scientific research reports and papers,be interested in scientific research issues in learning,and believe that improving scientific research literacy is necessary,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).Scientific research attitude and experience were factors that affected scientific research ability,but school scientific research teaching courses did not affect medical students scientific research ability.Conclusions Undergraduate medical interns have a generally positive scientific research attitude,but their scientific research ability is at a general level.The employment environment,professional title promotion,and career development of doctors demand scientific research,which stimulates the interest of medical interns in scientific research.However,the lack of channels to participate in scientific research hinders the improvement of their research abilities.It is recommended that medical institutions give full play to the role of affiliated hospitals,establish a scientific research mentor system for undergraduate medical students to build a platform for scientific research application,learning,communication,and guidance,as well as improve the comprehensive scientific research ability of medical students.
