基于高速摄像的玉米排种器性能测试

摘要 随着现代农业对高效、精确播种技术需求的增加,传统的排种器性能测试方法已经难以满足要求。该文基于高分辨率高速摄像机,在不干扰排种器正常工作的情况下实时捕捉和分析排种过程,通过获得排种器在高频率下的连续图像了解种子在被排出瞬间的运动轨迹和分布情况。试验结果表明,该方法可以准确地检测排种器的排种速度、排种均匀性和漏播率,为优化和改进玉米排种器设计提供了可靠的数据支持。通过该技术手段,可以大幅度提升玉米播种器的效率和质量,不仅有助于提高玉米的播种质量和效率,还可以为农业生产提供重要的技术支持和保证。 With the increasing demand for efficient and precise seeding technology in modern agriculture,the traditional performance testing method of seed discharger has been difficult to meet the requirements.This paper is based on high-resolution high-speed camera,in the case of not interfering with the normal work of the seed discharger real-time capture and analysis of the seed discharge process,through the acquisition of the seed discharger in the high-frequency continuous image of the seed in the discharge of the instantaneous trajectory and distribution of the seed,the experimental results show that the method can be accurately detected in the seed discharger seed discharge speed,uniformity of the seed discharged and the leakage rate,for the optimization and improvement of the design of maize seed discharger to provide a reliable data support.It provides reliable data support for optimizing and improving the design of corn seeder.Through this technical means,the efficiency and quality of corn seeding can be greatly improved,which not only helps to improve the quality and efficiency of corn seeding,but also provides important technical support and guarantee for agricultural production.
