摘要
基因芯片是微阵列技术应用中的一种,可以用于检测待测基因的位置、含量、类型等,并具有高通量、高灵敏度和高特异性的特点。该文综述了基因芯片在奶牛遗传育种中的应用及其重要性,阐述了基因芯片在奶牛群体遗传学研究、全基因组关联分析及基因组选择等方面的研究进展,为奶牛群体遗传改良以及遗传资源的挖掘利用提供参考。
Gene chip is a type of microarray technology that can be used to detect the position,content,and type of the tested gene.It has the characteristics of high throughput,sensitivity,and specificity.This article reviews the application and importance of gene chips in genetic breeding of dairy cattle,and elaborates on the research progress of gene chips in population genetics,whole genome association analysis,and genomic selection of dairy cattle.The aim of this study is to provide references for genetic improvement of dairy populations and the exploration and utilization of genetic resources.
