苏里格南部气田Φ152.4mm小井眼大斜度井快速钻井关键技术

Key Technologies for Rapid Drilling ofΦ152.4 mm Small Hole and Large Deviation Wells in Sulige South Gas Field

摘要 Φ152.4mm小井眼钻井技术是降低成本和减小环保压力的有效途径,但在施工过程中存在储层垂深深、水平位移大、轨迹控制难度大、电测成功率低、机械钻速低等技术难点,制约了钻井提速。为此分析工厂化施工特点及钻遇地层特性,优化形成了一套Φ152.4mm小井眼大斜度井钻井关键技术,包括:小井眼工厂化作业模式优化;高效PDC钻头、长寿命螺杆序列优选;钻具组合优化;“直-增-稳-微降”两趟钻轨迹控制技术;CQCG-G钻井液体系优化;配置水力振荡器、岩屑床清除器提速工具优化应用等。通过SN0103井丛实践应用,平均机械钻速25.54m/h,钻井周期12.49d,建井周期22.91d,电测一次成功率100%,较上年机械钻速提高了51.93%,钻井周期缩短了26.57%,建井周期缩短了31.86%,电测功率提高了62.5%,提速效果显著。 152.4 mm small hole drilling technology is an effective way to reduce cost and environmental pressure,but there are some technical difficulties in the construction process,such as deep vertical reservoir,large horizontal displacement,difficult trajectory control,low success rate of electrical measurement and low penetration rate of mechanical drilling,which restrict the drilling speed.Therefore,by analyzing the characteristics of factory construction and the characteristics of drilling into the formation,a set of key drilling technologies for 152.4 mm small-hole and high-angle well is optimized,which includes the optimization of small hole factory operation mode,the high efficiency of PDC bit,the selection of long life screw sequence,the optimization of driing assembly,the control technology of"direct-increasing-steady-dropping"two-run drlling trajectory,the optimization of CQCG-G drlling fluid system,the optimization application of speed-up tools equipped with hydraulic oscillator and cutting-bed cleaner and so on.Through the practical application of SN0103 well block,the average mechanical dilling rate is 25.54 m/h,the drilling cycle is 12.49 d,the well construction cycle is 22.91 d,and the success rate of electrical measurement is 100%.Compared with last year,the mechanical drilling rate is increased by 51.93%,the drilling cycle is shortened by 26.57%,and the well construction cycle is shortened by 31.86%.The measured power is increased by 62.5%,and the speed is improved significantly.
