摘要
废旧锂离子电池(LIB)的回收是实现锂、钴、镍、锰和其他有价金属再利用的有效方式。文章重点介绍利用各种途径回收LIB中有价金属,讨论了有价金属的回收路线,强调了分选、预处理和采用的工艺,其中包括传统方法,如湿法冶金和火法冶金学,现代处理方法,如火湿冶金和生物冶金。通过对比上述方法,阐明各种浸出和回收过程,明晰从废旧LIB中更清洁和更环保地回收有价金属提供思路,促进有价金属的回收再利用效率。
The recycling of used lithium ion batteries(LIB)is an effective way to reuse lithium,cobalt,nickel,manganese and other valuable metals.This paper focuses on the recycling of valuable metals in LIB by various recycling methods.The recovery route of valuable metals is discussed,and the separation,pretreatment and the technology adopted are emphasized.These include traditional methods,such as hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy,and current methods,such as pyrometallurgy and biometallurgy.By comparing the above methods,various leaching and recovery processes are clarif ied,and ideas are provided for recycling valuable metals cleaner and more environmentally friendly from waste LIB,so as to promote the recycling eff iciency of valuable metals.
