摘要
从跨学科主题学习视角开展劳动教育有利于消除学科壁垒,实现整全育人;强化实践体验,提升劳动素养;关照主体需求,落实五育并举。但在实践中仍存在劳动教育主题融合程度弱、劳动教育学习目标不清晰、劳动过程脱离学生经验与生活世界以及劳动评价体系较为泛化等问题。研究认为,基于跨学科主题学习的劳动教育的实现,需要指向五育并举,开展整体化设计;设计知识地图,开展跨学科主题学习;明晰任务主题,规划劳动教育过程;构建多元化评价体系,实现劳动育人。
To carry out labor education from the perspective of interdisciplinary subject learning is con原ducive to eliminating discipline barriers and realizing integrated education.Improve labor literacy through prac原tical experience;take care of the needs of the main body and implement the"Five-dimension education integra tion"simultaneously.However,in practice,there are still improper labor theme settings and the degree of integra tion is weakened.The learning objective is uncertain and the mechanical list is serious.The learning process is false and distorted,which separates students from their original experience;learning evaluation is not compre hensive enough,and the index system is more generalized and other practical problems.The construction of labor education based on interdisciplinary theme learning needs to adhere to the design concept of interdisciplinary theme learning and meet the educational demands of simultaneous education.Improve the design of knowledge maps and draw a framework for interdisciplinary subject learning;carry out a series of interdisciplinary theme labor tasks by adopting embodied labor implementation methods;construct a diversified labor evaluation system and implement the practical requirements of educating people in the whole process.
