不同种源米槠苗期生长差异及早期选择

Growth Differences at Seedlings Stage and Early Selection of Castanopsis carlesii from Different Provenances

摘要 为给米槠(Castanopsis carlesii)优良种源选择提供参考,以12个种源米槠幼苗为研究材料,分析不同种源米槠幼苗生长差异,对种子性状(千粒重及可溶性糖和淀粉含量)和幼苗生长指标进行相关性分析,结合聚类分析和隶属函数分析,选择早期速生种源。结果表明,不同种源米槠幼苗苗高和地径均差异极显著;苗高和地径变异系数均较高,其均值分别为22.8%和17.0%。可溶性糖含量与苗高呈极显著正相关,与地径呈显著正相关,可采用种子可溶性糖含量作为种源早期选择的补充指标。结合聚类分析和隶属函数分析,初步筛选出江西定南(JXDN)、福建华安(FJHA)和安徽祁门(AHQM)3个速生优良种源。 In order to provide references for selection of superior provenances of Castanopsis carlesii,taking C.carlesii seedlings from 12 provenances as research materials,differences in growths of C.carlesii seedlings from different provenances were analyzed.Correlation analysis was carried out among seed traits(1000-grain weight,contents of soluble sugar and starch)and growth indexes of seedlings.Combined with cluster analysis and membership function analysis,fast-growing provenances at early stage were selected.Results showed that there were extremely significant differences among seedling heights and ground diameters of C.carlesii seedlings from different provenances.Coefficients of variation of seedling height and ground diameter were relative high,means of which were 22.8%and 17.0%respectively.Soluble sugar content had extremely significantly positive correlation with seedling height and had significantly positive correlation with ground diameter.Soluble sugar content could be used as supplementary index for early selection of provenances.Combined with cluster analysis and membership function analysis,three fast-growing superior provenances were preliminarily selected,which were Jiangxi Dingnan(JXDN),Fujian Hua'an(FJHA)and Anhui Qimen(AHQM)provenances.
