摘要
目的 探讨标准化病人联合教学分层模式在妇产科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取中山市黄圃人民医院2022年3月至2023年10月在妇产科实习的60名学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30名。对照组实施传统带教模式,观察组采用标准化病人联合教学分层模式。比较两组综合理论考核成绩、病历书写考核成绩、操作考核成绩、对教学方法的认可度及对教学管理的满意度。结果 实习后,观察组综合理论考核成绩、病历书写考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对教学方法的认可度及对教学管理的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 标准化病人联合教学分层模式在妇产科临床教学中应用可提升实习生的临床实习效果,提高综合理论考核成绩、病历书写考核成绩、操作考核成绩、对教学方法的认可度及对教学管理的满意度,值得应用及推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patients combined with teaching stratification model in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods A total of 60 students who interned in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Zhongshan Huangpu People’s Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the students were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching model,and the observation group received the standardized patients combined with teaching stratification model.The comprehensive theoretical assessment score,medical record writing assessment score,operational assessment score,recognition of teaching methods,and satisfaction of teaching management were compared between the two groups.Results After the internship,the scores of comprehensive theoretical assessment,medical record writing assessment,and operational assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recognition of teaching methods and satisfaction of teaching management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stratified patients combined with teaching stratification model in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology can improve the clinical internship effectiveness of interns,enhance the comprehensive theoretical assessment score,medical record writing assessment score,operational assessment score,recognition of teaching methods,and satisfaction of teaching management.It is worthy of application and promotion.
