摘要
发展新质生产力是新时代高质量发展的内在要求,依循习近平文化思想以及关于发展新质生产力的重要论述,对体育强国建设的新质生产力驱动逻辑进行探讨。研究认为:(1)在理论定位中,需通过对体育强国建设的规律、特色、趋势等把握,提升新时代体育强国建设的现代性、人民性与统一性,进而激发新质活力;(2)在实践要求中,需建立体育文化发展的衡平秩序,促进个体权益与集体利益的有机结合、以共同体意识为引领的事件团结与整合机制建构、以及“权益-意识”交互下“一主多元”治理模式的发展,提升新时代体育强国建设的整体性、民族性与连续性,进而激发主体能动性。(3)在行动策略上,要基于体育文化发展与传播的制度化、常态化、大众化的内在规律,推动体育治理体系和能力现代化;以拓展体育参与的社会空间为主线,涵养场所精神;促进公民体育素养内化于惯习,外化于实践。进而提升新时代体育强国建设的包容性、融合性与创新性,进而激发新质创造力。
The development of new quality productive forces represents the requirement of high-quality development in the new era.Following Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and important discussions on the development of new quality productive forces,this paper discusses the driving forces of new quality productive forces in building China into a leading sporting nation.It concludes that theoretically it is necessary to enhance the modernization,putting people first and unity of building China into a leading sporting nation and to stimulate the vitality of new quality productivity.In terms of practical requirements,it is necessary to establish an equitable order for the development of sports culture,promote the combination of individual rights and collective interests,the construction of event unity and integration mechanism guided by community consciousness,and the development of the multivariate cooperation governance model under the“right-consciousness”interaction so as to enhance the integrity,nationality and continuity of the building of a leading sporting nation in the new era and to stimulate the initiative.In terms of action,it is necessary to promote the modernization of sports governance system and capacity based on the inherent laws of institutionalization,normalization and popularization of sports culture development and popularity.To expand the sports participation as the major objective,it is important to cultivate the participation spirit,to improve the citizens’sports literacy in order to enhance the inclusiveness,integration and innovation and stimulate the creativity of new quality creativity.
