摘要
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为纺丝溶质,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与四氢呋喃(THF)为混合溶剂。选择纺丝电压、纺丝速度作为影响因素,利用静电纺丝技术制备了PVDF纳米纤维膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、ImageJ软件、光学接触角测量仪对所制纳米纤维膜的微观形貌、纤维直径、疏水性能等进行表征及测试,研究了纺丝工艺参数对PVDF纤维膜的微观形貌及疏水性的影响。结果表明,当纺丝电压为15kV,纺丝速度为1.2mL/h时,静电纺丝制备的PVDF纳米纤维膜纺丝过程稳定,形貌良好,直径分布均匀,具有良好的疏水效果。
Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)was utilized as the spinning solute,while N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and tetrahydrofuran(THF)were employed as mixed solvents during the electrospinning process.Electrospinning voltage and spinning speed were selected as influential factors for the fabrication of PVDF nanofiber membranes using electrospinning technology.The microstructure,fiber diameter,and hydrophobic properties of the prepared nanofiber membranes were characterized and tested through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),ImageJ software,and an optical contact angle measurement instrument.The effects of spinning process parameters on the microstructure and hydrophobicity of PVDF fiber membranes were investigated.The results demonstrated that when the electrospinning voltage was set at 15kV and the spinning speed was maintained at 1.2mL/h,the electrospun PVDF nanofiber membrane exhibited a stable spinning process,favorable morphology,uniform diameter distribution,and outstanding hydrophobicity.
