摘要
红色文化资源开发是全面推进乡村振兴的关键环节和重要支撑。乡村振兴语境下红色文化资源开发的难点主要体现在红色文化资源开发动力不足,传承创新难;整体规划和顶层设计缺失,与乡村产业融合难;队伍建设有待加强,专业人才培养难等方面。需要突出党建引领,着力提升乡村红色文化资源开发的内在动力;深入挖掘乡村红色文化资源的精神内涵,着力创新传播、呈现方式;整合资源,统一规划,着力完善乡村红色文化资源开发的顶层设计;强化品牌意识和产业引领,着力促进红色文化资源的融合转化;加强队伍建设,着力培育红色文化资源开发的专业人才。
The development of revolutionary cultural resources is the important work and key link to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.The difficulties in the development of revolutionary cultural resources in the context of rural revitalization are mainly reflected in the followings:the lack of driving force for the development of revolutionary cultural resources and the difficulty of inheritance and innovation;the lack of overall planning and top-level design and difficulty in integration with rural industries;the team construction to be strengthened and difficult training of professional talents.Accordingly,the following measures should be taken:highlighting the guidance of party building and striving to enhance the internal power of rural revolutionary cultural resources development;digging deep into the spiritual connotation of rural revolutionary cultural resources and focusing on innovating communication and presentation methods;integrating resources,unifying planning,and making efforts to improve the top-level design of rural revolutionary cultural resources development;strengthening brand awareness and industry leadership and striving to promote the integration and transformation of revolutionary cultural resources;strengthening team building and focusing on cultivating professional talents for the development of revolutionary cultural resources.
