摘要
以盐酸-氢氟酸-硝酸混合酸体系溶解样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定Ti65钛合金中Al、Sn、Zr、Mo、Si、Ta、Nb、W 8种合金元素以及Cr、Mn、Cu、Ni、B、Y、Re、Fe 8种杂质元素含量的分析方法。考察了钛基体和共存元素对待测元素的影响以及硅标准溶液基体对Al元素测定的影响,采用基体匹配法消除了基体效应的影响,并通过合金元素匹配消除了光谱干扰。优化的仪器分析参数为高频功率1.2 kW,雾化气压力200 kPa。在优化实验条件下建立工作曲线,其线性相关系数均不小于0.9987,各元素的检出限为0.00003%~0.010%。采用该方法测定钛合金标准样品以及配制的Ti65钛合金模拟样品,实验结果与理论值相吻合。实验结果的相对标准偏差在8.6%以内,加标回收率为98.0%~104%。
By dissolving the Ti65 samples with HCl,HF and HNO3 system,amounts of 8 alloy ele⁃ments(Al,Sn,Zr,Mo,Si,Ta,Nb,W)and amounts of 8 impurity elements(Cr,Mn,Cu,Re,Ni,B,Y,Fe)were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).The influence of titanium matrix and coexisting elements on the measured elements and the influence of silicon standard solution matrix on the determination of Al elements were investigat⁃ed.Matrix matching method was used to eliminate the influence of matrix effect and alloy element matching method was used to eliminate the spectral interference.The analysis parameters of the in⁃strument were optimized,and the high generator power was 1.2 kW and the nebulizer gas pressure was 200 kPa.The working curve is established under the selected experimental conditions.The linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curve were not less than 0.9987,and the limits of detection of method were between 0.00003%and 0.010%.Test results of titanium CRMs and simulated Ti65 samples were consistent with the theoretical values.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the test results were not more than 8.6%,and the recoveries were in the range of 98.0%-104%.
