摘要
邓小平深刻总结近代中国落伍教训,敏锐洞察时代主题转变,顺应世界改革发展潮流,在推进改革开放的历史进程中形成了内涵丰富、系统完整的社会主义改革思想。这些思想包括改革的目的、性质、内容、原则、方法、评价标准等一系列重要观点。邓小平关于改革的重要思想系统回答了中国为什么要改革、改革要改什么、怎么推进改革等一系列基本问题,并成功指导了我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的伟大实践。研究邓小平关于改革的重要思想,有利于我们深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神,进一步全面深化改革,继续完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度。
Deng Xiaoping profoundly summarized the lessons of modern China’s backwardness,keenly observed the changing themes of the times,and followed the trend of world reform and development.In the historical process of promoting reform and opening up,he formed a socialist reform ideology with rich connotations and a complete system.These ideas include a series of important viewpoints such as the purpose,nature,content,principles,methods,and evaluation criteria of reform.Deng Xiaoping’s important ideas on reform systematically answered a series of basic questions such as why China needs reform,what reforms need to be made,and how to promote reform,and successfully guided the great practice of China’s reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction.Studying Deng Xiaoping’s important ideas on reform is beneficial for us to deeply study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,further comprehensively deepen reforms,and continue to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
