混合网格对圆柱绕流计算的影响研究

摘要 设置不同网格条件,使用DDES湍流模型对流动复杂的亚临界雷诺数(Re=3900)圆柱绕流进行了数值计算,重点从模型尺度调控、湍流结构捕捉能力及流场统计积分量等方面分析了不同结构/非结构混合方法对大分离流动求解精度的影响规律。计算结果表明:在远场设置非结构网格时,流场表现出良好的湍流谱生成能力,捕捉到较多的高频-小尺度涡结构,同时计算的阻力系数值、回流区长度等物理量与实验值拟合较好;在分离区域使用非结构网格时流场耗散较大,计算精度相对较低。 The DDES turbulence model was used to numerically calculate the flow around a cylinder with complex subcritical Reynolds number(Re=3900)with different grid conditions.The influence of different structural/unstructured hybrid methods on the solution accuracy of large separated flows was analyzed from aspects such as model scale control,turbulent structure capture ability and flow field statistical integration.The calculation results show that when the unstructured grid is installed in the far field,the flow field shows good turbulence spectrum generation ability,and more high-frequency-small-scale vortex structures are captured,at the same time,the calculated physical quantities such as drag coefficient values and recirculation zone length match the experimental values well;when the unstructured grid is used in the separation area,the flow field dissipates greatly,and the calculation accuracy is relatively low.
