摘要
为评价千金藤碱对胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)模型小鼠体质量、肝脏与肾脏的影响,造模后对小鼠分别给药1.5 mg/kg阿达木单抗(阳性组)或2 mg/kg千金藤碱(给药组),监测体质量、肝脏质量及肾脏质量,H&E染色观察组织形态。实验结果表明,2 mg/kg的千金藤碱对CIA模型小鼠体质量无显著性影响,且对小鼠肝脏及肾脏无毒性。2 mg/kg千金藤碱对CIA小鼠体质量未产生影响,且未引起CIA小鼠肝脏、肾脏的病理变化,属于安全剂量。
In order to evaluate the toxicity of stephanine in collagen-induced arthritis mice body weight,liver and kidney,after modeling,the mice are administered 1.5 mg/kg adalimumab(positive group) or 2 mg/kg stephanine(drug group),monitor the body weight,liver weight and kidney weight,and histological morphology is observed by H&E staining.The experimental results show that 2 mg/kg stephanine has no significant effect on the body weight of CIA model mice,and has no toxicity to the liver and kidney.2 mg/kg stephanine has no effect on the body weight of CIA mice,and does not cause pathological changes in the liver and kidney of CIA mice,which is a safe dose.
