摘要
目的 了解江苏省寄生虫病防治专业人员的蠕虫卵镜检技能水平,为开展蠕虫卵镜检技能培训和评估提供参考。方法 收集2021年江苏省2期蠕虫卵镜检技能评估班51名学员的个人信息、镜检读片成绩及学员判定感染片的结果等数据,比较不同特征学员镜检读片成绩之间的差异,分析学员获得的蠕虫卵镜检技能等级水平与其从事镜检工作年限间的相关性。对学员镜检读片成绩按照性别、年龄、学历、从事镜检工作年限、单位性质等进行t检验或方差分析,检验水准为α=0.05。结果 51名学员镜检读片成绩的平均分为(84.3±25.3)分,最低为34分,最高为131分。第1 d镜检考试的平均分为(24.5±11.8)分,第2 d镜检考试的平均分为(28.3±9.0)分,第3 d镜检考试的平均分为(31.5±8.7)分,各组间差异有统计学意义(F=6.236,P=0.003)。不同性别、学历、单位性质的学员镜检读片成绩差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。不同年龄段及从事镜检工作年限的学员镜检读片成绩差异均有统计学意义(F年龄=6.558,P=0.003;F工作年限=29.791,P<0.001)。获得1、2、3、4评估等级的学员人数分别有0、5、8、38人(数值越小代表等级越高)。学员获得的蠕虫卵镜检技能等级水平与其从事镜检工作的年限呈正相关(F=9.713,P=0.003)。11种虫卵中鞭虫卵的检出率最高(77.8%),长膜壳绦虫卵的检出率最低(30.4%)。单一虫种感染片虫卵的检出率范围为34.0%~96.3%,2种虫种混合感染片虫卵的检出率范围为25.0%~73.0%,3种虫种混合感染片虫卵的检出率范围为12.0%~96.0%。结论 为期3.5 d的评估课程对提升学员的蠕虫卵镜检水平成效明显,但江苏省寄生虫病防治专业技术人员的蠕虫卵镜检技能水平仍普遍较低,亟需加强蠕虫卵镜检技能培训。
Objective To understand the microscopy ability of helminthes eggs among parasitic disease prevention and control of professional personnel in Jiangsu Province through competency assessment,and to provide reference for the training or assessment of helminthes eggs microscopy.Methods The data of personal information,microscopy scores and results of the 51 students in 2 terms microscopy competency assessment of helminthes eggs in Jiangsu Province in 2021 were collected.The differences on the microscopy scores among students of different genders,age group,educational background,institution levels and different years working on microscopy were compared.The association of the competency levels of students with the years working on microscopy was analyzed.T test or ANOVA analysis was performed on the students'microscopy scores according to gender,age group,educational background,years working on microscopy and institution levels.The test level wasα=0.05.Results The average microscopy score of the 51 students was(84.3±25.3),the highest score was 34,and the lowest score was 131.The average score of 1-3 day of the test was(24.5±11.8),(28.3±9.0)and(31.5±8.7),respectively.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(F=6.236,P=0.003).The students′microscopy scores was no statistically significant(all P>0.05)in terms of different genders,educational background and institution levels.There were statistically significant differences in microscopy scores among students of different ages(Fages=6.558,P=0.003)and different microscopy working years(Fworking years=29.791,P<0.001).The number of students with microscopy levels 1,2,3 and 4 was 0,5,8 and 38,respectively(the smaller the value was,the higher the level was).The competency levels of the students in the microscopic examination of worm eggs was positively correlated with their years of working on microscopy(F=9.713,P=0.003).Of all the eleven helminthes eggs,the detection rate of Trichuris trichiura eggs was the highest(77.8%),and the detection rate of Hymenolepis diminuta eggs was the lowest(30.4%).The detection rate of helminthes eggs in single specie infection slides were 34.0%-96.3%.The detection rate of helminthes eggs in two species infection slides were 25.0%-73.0%.The detection rate of helminthes eggs in three species infection slides were 12.0%-96.0%.Conclusions The 3.5 day course had achieved remarkable effects in improving the level of helminthes eggs microscopy of the students.However,the overall level of the students on helminthes eggs microscopy was generally low.It is necessary to strengthen the microscopy training of helminthes eggs among parasitic disease prevention and control of professional personnel in Jiangsu Province.
