摘要
随着我国糖尿病患病率的提高,糖尿病认知功能障碍作为糖尿病的慢性并发症已经得到了越来越多的关注。“脾运转输平衡”是从脾论治2型糖尿病的关键病机,脾虚为2型糖尿病的病机之本,脾虚则无以运化水谷精微,糖类、脂质、蛋白质、水液等物质代谢障碍,导致脑髓、机体失养,日久痰浊、血浊积聚,机体平衡被打破,糖尿病患者出现认知功能障碍等症。文章基于“脾运转输平衡”理论探讨糖尿病认知功能障碍的中医药治疗,结合糖尿病认知功能障碍的现代病理机制研究探讨该理论的科学性,以期为糖尿病认知功能障碍的诊疗提供更为科学完备的理论支持。
With the increasing prevalence of diabetes in Chinese population,cognitive impairment of diabetes as a chronic complication of diabetes has received more and more attention."Spleen operation and transfusion balance"is the key pathogenesis of the treatment of type 2 diabetes from the spleen.Spleen deficiency is the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.Spleen deficiency is unable to transport the essence of water and grain,metabolic disorders of carbohydrates,lipids,proteins,water and liquid,resulting in brain and body dystrophy,accumulation of sputum and blood turbidity over time,body balance is broken,and cognitive dysfunction occurs in diabetic patients.This paper discusses the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic cognitive dysfunction based on the theory of"spleen operation and transfusion balance",and discusses the scientific nature of the theory combined with the study of modern pathological mechanism of diabetic cognitive dysfunction,in order to provide more scientific and complete theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cognitive dysfunction.
