环状RNA在创伤性脑损伤领域的研究进展

摘要 环状RNA是一类具有内源性和保守性的非编码RNA,近年来因其在许多疾病的诊断和治疗中的作用而受到广泛关注。大量研究表明,环状RNA在大脑发育中发挥重要作用,并参与许多中枢神经系统疾病的发生发展,特别是急性中枢神经系统损伤。创伤性脑损伤的高致残率和高死亡率不仅给患者带来巨大的身心痛苦,还对家庭和社会造成了沉重的经济负担。环状RNA可通过调控微RNA、Notch1等分子和途径改善大脑认知功能、促进血管生成、抑制细胞凋亡、调节自噬和保护血脑屏障。本文就环状RNA在创伤性脑损伤领域的研究进展作一综述,并展望环状RNA在大脑中的特性和作用的基础上,可能为创伤性脑损伤的治疗提供新的靶点。
