摘要
目的:分析危机管理配合无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式在外伤急诊急救中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九七〇医院诊治的外伤急诊急救患者160例为研究对象,随机分为试验组(80例)和对照组(80例)。对照组实施无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式,试验组在对照组基础上实施危机管理。比较两组确诊时间、急诊至手术室时间、急诊至病房时间及护理满意度。结果:试验组确诊时间、急诊至手术室时间、急诊至病房时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:危机管理配合无缝隙一体化创伤急救护理模式可提高救治效率,为患者争取充足的救治时间,提高其护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of crisis management with seamless integrated trauma emergency care model in trauma emergency care.Methods:One hundred and sixty cases of trauma emergency first aid patients diagnosed and treated in the 970th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group(eighty cases)and the control group(eighty cases).The control group implemented the seamless integrated trauma emergency care model,and the experimental group implemented crisis management on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of time to diagnosis,time from emergency to operating room,time from emergency to ward,and satisfaction with care.Results:The diagnosis time,emergency to operating room time,emergency to ward time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:Crisis management with seamless integrated trauma emergency care model can improve the efficiency of treatment,buy sufficient time for patients to save,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
