摘要
随着能源消耗的日益增长,火电厂次高压长输蒸汽管道的保温节能技术成为了提高能源效率、降低运行成本的关键手段。通过优选保温材料与应用,结合保温结构的设计优化,不仅可以显著降低热能损失,还能提高系统的整体稳定性和可靠性。文章深入探讨了保温层厚度的优化设计、接头和阀门的保温处理、温度监控与调节技术及外部环境因素的综合影响。同时,提出了热量回收利用、智能化保温系统开发及新型保温材料应用等节能技术,旨在实现更高效的能量利用和更佳的经济效益。
With the increasing energy consumption,the thermal insulation and energy saving technology of sub-high pressure long distance steam pipeline has become a key means to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.Through the optimization of thermal insulation materials and applications,combined with the design optimization of thermal insulation structure,it can not only significantly reduce heat loss,but also improve the overall stability and reliability of the system.In this study,the optimal design of insulation layer thickness,insulation treatment of joints and valves,temperature monitoring and regulation technology,and the combined influence of external environmental factors are discussed in depth.At the same time,energy saving technologies such as heat recovery and utilization,intelligent insulation system development and application of new insulation materials are proposed to achieve more efficient energy utilization and better economic benefits.
