摘要
目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)治疗中小柴胡汤加减的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月福建省三明市尤溪县总医院中仙分院中医内科收治的120例T2DM患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为参照组和研究组,各60例。参照组进行西医治疗,研究组在参照组基础上辅以小柴胡汤加减治疗。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、平均血糖波动幅度、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于参照组,治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤加减辅以常规西医疗法治疗T2DM可缓解症状,稳定血糖水平,改善健康状况,提升治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 120 patients with T2DM admitted to the Medical Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Sanming Youxi County General Hospital Zhongxian Branch from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the reference group and the study group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Western medicine,and the study group was treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The blood glucose indexes,insulin function indexes,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,mean amplitude of glucose excursion,fasting insulin and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine therapy in the treatment of T2DM can relieve symptoms,stabilize blood glucose levels,improve health status,and enhance treatment efficacy.
