摘要
片形吸虫病是由肝片吸虫、大片吸虫及其中间型感染引起的全球性人兽共患寄生虫病,不仅对养殖业造成巨大经济损失,还威胁着人类的健康。目前在家畜片形吸虫病的诊断、药物防治方面虽然取得了一定的进展,但尚未有效控制该病的广泛流行,并已认识到控制该病的关键在于实现早期诊断。因此,亟待建立特异性强、灵敏度高的早期诊断技术和检测方法。论文综述了片形吸虫病的病原学诊断、免疫学诊断及分子生物学诊断技术的最新研究进展,为系统了解家畜片形吸虫病的诊断方法及进一步研究开发准确率更高、特异性更强的新型诊断方法提供线索。
Fascioliasis is a global zoonotic parasitic disease caused by Fasciola hepatica,Fasciola gigantica and their intermediate infections.It not only causes great economic losses to animal husbandry,but also threatens human health.Although some progress has been made in the diagnosis and drug control of domestic animal fascioliasis,the key to control the disease is to achieve early diagnosis.Therefore,we are forced to establish early diagnostic techniques and detection methods with strong specificity and high sensitivity.In this paper,the latest research progress on the etiological diagnosis,immunological diagnosis and molecular biological diagnosis of fascioliasis is reviewed,which provides the basis for the systematic understanding of the diagnostic methods of fascioliasis of livestock and the further research and development of new diagnostic methods with higher accuracy and stronger specificity.
