气垫运动鞋对残疾运动员足部运动力学的影响研究

摘要 残疾运动员由于身体条件的限制,在运动中更容易受到损伤。本文探讨了气垫运动鞋对残疾运动员足部运动力学的影响,旨在降低运动员受伤的风险,从而为残疾运动员提供更适宜运动的气垫运动鞋。选取10名残疾运动员作为研究对象,残疾运动员分别穿着普通运动鞋与气垫运动鞋,开展相同运动。通过运动鞋材料力学性能、运动员后足角运动学参数及足底压力分布,分析气垫运动鞋对残疾运动员足部运动力学的影响。结果表明,在相同荷载下,气垫运动鞋的应力衰减速度更慢。气垫运动鞋的刚度较大,不易出现变形。普通运动鞋的最大外翻角速度为(43561±10546)(°)/s,气垫运动鞋的最大外翻角速度为(25215±13254)(°)/s。气垫运动鞋有助于提高后足的运动活动度,缓冲运动时的地面冲击负荷。残疾运动员穿着气垫运动鞋,足底各部位的最大压力明显低于穿着普通运动鞋。气垫运动鞋可有效减少残疾运动员运动时的冲击力,降低运动员受伤的可能性。 Disabled athletes are more susceptible to injury in sports due to the limitations of physical conditions The effect of air cushion sports shoes on the foot movement mechanics of disabled athletes was explored,aiming to re-duce the risk of injury,and provide more suitable sports shoes for disabled athletes Ten disabled athletes were select-ed as the subjects The disabled athletes wore ordinary sports shoes and air cushion sports shoes respectively to carry out the same sports The influence of air cushion sports shoes on foot mechanics of disabled athletes was analyzed through the mechanical properties of sports shoes materials,kinematics parameters of athletesrear foot angle and dis-tribution of sole pressure The results show that the stress decay rate of air cushion sports shoes is slower under the same load The stiffness of air cushion sports shoes is large,and it is not easy to deformation The maximum evapo-sion angular speed of ordinary sports shoes is(43561±10546)(°)/s,and the maximum evaposion angular speed of air cushion sports shoes is(25215±13254)(°)/s Air cushion sports shoes can help to improve the movement of the rear foot,cushioning the ground impact load during exercise When disabled athletes wear air cushion sports shoes,the maximum pressure of each part of the sole is obviously lower than that of ordinary sports shoes Air cushion sports shoes can effectively reduce the impact force of disabled athletes during sports and reduce the possibility of inju-ry.
