摘要
目的比较超薄全瓷贴片与全瓷贴面修复技术在前牙修复患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月开封市中心医院收治的72例前牙缺损患者资料,根据治疗方法不同分为2组。对照组36例行全瓷贴面修复技术,观察组36例采用超薄全瓷贴片技术。比较两组修复成功率、美学修复效果、患者满意度、其他相关指标以及并发症。结果观察组患者修复成功率为97.22%(35/36)高于对照组77.78%(28/36),美学修复效果、患者满意度均优于对照组,并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者牙槽骨垂直吸收量(0.54±0.16)mm低于对照组(1.21±0.33)mm,新骨轮廓(1.77±0.43)mm、骨密度(1.69±0.41)g/cm^(2)均高于对照组(0.85±0.19)mm、(0.83±0.24)g/cm^(2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与全瓷贴面修复技术相比,前牙修复患者采用超薄全瓷贴片技术效果更好,修复成功率、美学修复效果以及患者满意度均更高,利于减少并发症,改善牙槽骨垂直吸收量与骨密度,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore the application value of ultra-thin all ceramic patch and all ceramic veneer restoration technology in patients with anterior tooth restoration.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 72 patients with anterior tooth defects admitted to Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.They were divided into two groups based on different treatment methods.The control group of 36 cases underwent all ceramic veneer repair technology,while the observation group of 36 cases used ultra-thin all ceramic patch technology.Compare the success rate,aesthetic restoration effect,patient satisfaction,other relevant indicators,and complications between two groups.Results The success rate of repair in the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than that in the control group 77.78%(28/36).The aesthetic repair effect and patient satisfaction were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was less than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The vertical absorption of alveolar bone in the observation group(0.54±0.16)mm was lower than that in the control group(1.21±0.33)mm,while the new bone contour(1.77±0.43)mm and bone density(1.69±0.41)g/cm^(2) were higher than those in the control group(0.85±0.19)mm and(0.83±0.24)g/cm^(2),respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with all ceramic veneer restoration technology,the use of ultra-thin all ceramic patch technology in anterior tooth restoration patients has better results,higher success rates,aesthetic restoration effects,and patient satisfaction,which is conducive to reducing complications,improving vertical absorption and bone density of alveolar bone,and is worthy of widespread clinical application.
