摘要
近年来,UV油墨在印刷产业中得到广泛应用,但在纸张与金属材料结合的印刷过程中仍面临挑战。为此,本文针对UV油墨印刷技术进行了优化研究。通过深入探讨油墨组成、印刷机制,从而对油墨选择、工艺等方面进行分析,实验结果显示,优化油墨配比、提高固化度及调整工艺参数,可显著提升UV油墨在金属与纸张上的印刷质量,为UV油墨的广泛应用提供了新的视角。
In recent years,UV ink has been widely used in the printing industry,but it still faces challenges in the printing process of combining paper and metal materials.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of UV ink printing technology.In this paper,ink composition and printing mechanism are discussed,subsequently the ink selection and process are analyzed.The experimental results show that,optimizing the ink ratio,improving the curing degree and adjusting the process parameters can significantly improve the printing quality of UV ink on metal and paper,which provides a new perspective for the wide application of UV ink.
