基于STM32的智能电器识别实验教学系统设计

摘要 嵌入式系统实验教学是机器人工程专业培养学生综合设计能力和创新能力的重要途径,但传统的实验平台侧重于STM32芯片的基本功能,以验证性实验为主,导致学生缺少嵌入式系统综合设计能力的训练.针对这种情况设计了一套基于嵌入式的智能电器识别实验系统,本系统的主控单元与电参数采集单元、过流保护单元、电源单元、按键单元、无线传输单元和显示单元相结合,实现了电能计量、在用电器识别、电器状态监控等功能.实验教学效果表明,基于嵌入式的智能电器识别实验系统的使用加深了学生对嵌入式系统应用的理解,提高了学生的创新能力与综合设计能力,对其他电类专业的相关课程实验教学具有参考价值. Embedded system experimental teaching is an important way to cultivate students′comprehensive design and innovation abilities in the field of robotics engineering.However,traditional experimental platforms focus on the basic functions of the STM32 chip,with verification experiments as the main focus,which leads to a lack of training for students in the comprehensive design ability of embedded systems.In response to this situation,a set of embedded based intelligent electrical appliance recognition experimental systems has been designed.The main control unit of this system combines electrical parameter acquisition unit,overcurrent protection unit,power supply unit,button unit,wireless transmission unit,and display unit to achieve functions such as energy metering,identification of in use electrical appliances,and monitoring of electrical appliance status.The experimental teaching effect shows that the use of an embedded intelligent appliance recognition experimental system deepens students′understanding of embedded system applications,improves their innovation and comprehensive design abilities,and has reference value for experimental teaching of related courses in other electrical majors.
