摘要
目的研究疏风散寒理肺方治疗风寒袭肺咳嗽的临床疗效及肺功能指标变化情况。方法选取2021年5月—2023年4月于医院治疗的风寒袭肺咳嗽患者108例,根据随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组54例患者采用复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,观察组54例患者采用疏风散寒理肺方治疗,两组根据个体情况连续用药7~10 d。观察并比较两组疗效以及治疗前、后患者中医症状积分(主症咳嗽、咳痰、恶风)、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、FEV1/FVC、最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow rate,PEFR)]及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果观察组显效率、总有效率分别为57.41%(31/54)、98.15%(53/54),对照组显效率、总有效率分别为37.04%(20/54)、87.04%(47/54),组间显效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组咳嗽、咳痰、恶风症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组咳嗽、咳痰、恶风症状积分均显著降低,并且观察组各项症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEFR比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEFR均显著升高,并且观察组以上各项指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为9.26%(5/54)、12.96%(7/54),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏风散寒理肺方治疗风寒袭肺咳嗽的临床疗效显著,能够更有效地缓解患者的主要症状,并改善其肺功能,是安全、有效的治疗方案,值得应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Sanhan Lifei Recipe(疏风散寒理肺方)in the treatment of wind-cold attacking lung type of cough and the changes of pulmonary function indexes.Methods A hundred and eight patients with wind-cold attacking lung type of cough who were treated in the hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Fifty-four patients in the control group were treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules.The other 54 patients in the observation group were treated with Shufeng Sanhan Lifei Recipe.The two groups were treated continuously for 7~10 days according to individual conditions.The curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(cough,expectoration and aversion to wind),lung function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC,maximum expiratory flow rate(PEFR)]and adverse reactions during treatment were observed and compared.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 57.41%(31/54)and 98.15%(53/54),respectively.The effective rate and total effective rate of the control group were 37.04%(20/54)and 87.04%(47/54),respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the symptom scores of cough,expectoration or aversion to wind between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of cough,expectoration and aversion to wind in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC or PEFR between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the values of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and PEFR in the two groups were significantly increased,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Shufeng Sanhan Lifei Recipe in the treatment of wind-cold attacking lung type of cough is significant.It can more effectively alleviate the main symptoms of patients and improve the lung function.It is a safe and effective treatment plan and is worthy of application.
