摘要
在冰雪体育事业蓬勃发展的时代背景下,冰雪体育人才的培育与储备成为推动其可持续发展的关键。针对当前人才培养所面临的挑战,高校作为核心阵地,亟须构建一种新型的人才培养模式。该文在“产、学、研”一体化理念的指导下,创新性地提出了“3+3”冰雪体育人才培养模式。该模式强调多元主体的深度合作,通过构建实体合作组织,明确组织焦点、促进人才交流、创新组织活动机制,从宏观、中观与微观层面着手,促进产学互动、校企融合,实现学产互促,进而为中国冰雪体育事业的蓬勃发展提供坚实的人才支撑。
Under the background of the vigorous development of ice and snow sports,the cultivation and reserve of ice and snow sports talents has become the key to promote its sustainable development.In view of the challenges faced by current talent training,colleges and universities,as the core positions,urgently need to build a new talent cultivation mode.Under the guidance of the concept of "integration of industry,academiaand research",this paper innovatively puts forward the "3+3" cultivation mode for ice and snow sports talents,which emphasizes the deep cooperation of multiple subjects,through the construction of entity cooperation organizations,defines the organizational focus,promotes the exchange of talents and innovates the organization activity mechanism,and promotes the exchange of talents,innovative organizational mechanisms,from the macro,meso and micro levels,to promote the interaction between industry and academia,the integration of schools and enterprises,and to achieve the mutual promotion of academia and industry,so as to provide a solid support for the development of China's snow and ice sports industry.
