摘要
目的探索基于失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)模式的运动指导在恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的80例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和试验组2组,每组40例。对照组40例实施常规护理,试验组40例实施基于FMEA模式的运动指导。比较分析2组患者血糖水平、平衡功能及日常生活活动能力。结果试验组干预12周后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组(t=3.552,P=0.001;t=4.027,P<0.001)。试验组干预12周后平衡功能得分高于对照组(t=3.105,P=0.003)。试验组干预12周后躯体生活自理能力得分、工具性日常生活活动能力得分及日常生活活动能力总分均低于对照组(Z=3.452,P=0.001;t=3.816,P<0.001;t=4.850,P<0.001)。结论将基于FMEA模式的运动指导应用于恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中,可以降低患者血糖水平,改善平衡功能,提高日常生活活动能力。
Objective To explore the effects of exercise guidance based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)model in patients with cancer and diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with cancer complicated with diabetes admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.The 40 patients in the control group received the routine nursing,and 40 patients in the experimental group received the exercise guidance based on FMEA model.The blood glucose,balance function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(t=3.552,P=0.001;t=4.027,P<0.001).The balance function score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(t=3.105,P=0.003).The scores of physical self-care ability,instrumental activities of daily living ability and total scores of activities of daily living ability in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(Z=3.452,P=0.001;t=3.816,P<0.001;t=4.850,P<0.001).Conclusion Exercise guidance based on FMEA model can reduce blood glucose level,improve balance function and enhance the ability of daily living in patients with cancer and diabetes.
