摘要
穿戴式机械臂是一种新型单兵装备,可以辅助士兵单手持机枪进行射击,提高单兵火力打击的能力。提出了一套穿戴式机械臂立姿射击机枪动力响应试验方案,构建了测试系统,对穿戴式机械臂立姿射击机枪动力响应进行了试验研究。利用高速摄影采集并分析了射击过程中的人体以及枪口的运动参数。结果表明,穿戴机械臂进行机枪连发射击时,机枪枪口位移响应不大且人体稳定,尤其是在上下方向上,人体各点的位移量均未超过5 mm且人体肩部承受的后坐力很小。故穿戴式机械臂起到了较好的辅助射击作用,提升了士兵立姿进行机枪射击的稳定性。
The wearable exoskeleton arm is a new type of individual soldier equipment that can assist soldiers in shooting with one hand,thus enhancing the firepower capability of individual soldiers.This article proposes a set of experimental schemes for the dynamic response of standing shooting with machine guns using wearable exoskeleton arms,constructs a test system,and conducts experimental research on the dynamic response of standing shooting with machine guns using wearable exoskeleton arms.High-speed photography was used to capture and analyze the motion parameters of the human body and the muzzle during the shooting process.The results indicate that when the wearable exoskeleton arm is used for continuous firing of the machine gun,the displacement response of the gun muzzle is small and the human body is stable,especially in the vertical direction,where the displacement of various points on the human body does not exceed 5 mm,and the recoil force borne by the human shoulders is very small.Therefore,the wearable exoskeleton arm plays a good assisting role in shooting,improving the stability of soldiers in standing shooting with machine guns.
