摘要
为明确不同药剂对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果,选取5种常用药剂对草地贪夜蛾开展田间防治研究,通过调查施药前后活虫数,比较各药剂的田间防效。结果表明,60 g/L乙基多杀菌素有较好的速效性和防控效果,药后3、7 d的防效均大于90%。生物农药30亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒速效性较差,但药后7、14 d的减退率均大于45%,防效均大于40%。实际生产中,可使用60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂进行防治。
In order to clarify the control effects of different pesticides on Spodoptera frugiperda,five commonly used pesticides were selected to carry out field control studies on S.frugiperda.By investigating the number of live insects before and after application,the field control effects of each pesticide were compared.The results showed that 60 g/L spinetoram had good quick effect and control effect,and the control effect was more than 90%at 3 and 7 days after treatment.The biological pesticide 3 billion PIB/mL cabbage armyworn nuclear polyhedrosis virus had poor quick-acting effect,but the reduction rate was more than 45%at 7 and 14 days after treatment,and the control effect was more than 40%.In actual production,60 g/L spinetoram suspension could be used for prevention and treatment.
