摘要
目的探讨长期抗病毒治疗治疗(antiretroviral therapy,ART)的人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者,干扰素诱导蛋白10(interferon-inducible protein 10,IP-10)与HIV DNA之间的关系。方法纳入20例行ART并随访5年的HIV感染者,收集其外周血标本,利用ELISA的方法检测血浆中的IP-10,利用实时定量PCR的方法检测外周血中的HIV DNA,利用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计分析。结果在5年ART过程中,HIV感染者的IP-10及HIV DNA均明显降低,以第1年降低的为最明显。IP-10与HIV DNA呈正相关(r=0.252,P=0.026)。结论HIV感染者ART过程中IP-10与HIV DNA呈正相关。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the relationship between interferon-inducible protein 10(IP-10)levels and HIV DNA levels in HIV infected individuals undergoing long-term antiretroviral therapy(ART).Methods We enrolled 20 HIV infected individuals who had received ART and were followed up for 5 years were enrolled.Plasma IP-10 levels were measured using ELISA,and HIV DNA in peripheral blood was quantified using real-time quantitative PCR.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 software.Results Over the 5 years of ART,both IP-10 and HIV DNA levels showed significantly decreases,with the most pronounced decline observed during the first year of ART.IP-10 levels exhibited a positive correlation with HIV DNA levels(r=0.252,P=0.026).Conclusion In HIV infected individuals undergoing ART,IP-10 levels are positively associated with HIV DNA levels.
