摘要
在我国经济和工业发展迅速、产业布局调整的背景下,高等职业教育已成为促进地区新质生产力发展的关键所在。为了更好地蓄势赋能区域新质生产力的发展,本文以克拉玛依职业技术学院为例,探寻高职院校人才培养如何适应本地产业发展的新要求,为促进当地新质生产力的发展,提供坚实的人力保证和专业技术人员支持。
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous optimization of industrial structure,higher vocational colleges play a more and more important role in promoting the development of regional new quality productivity.In order to better prepare for the development of regional new quality productive forces,this paper takes Karamay Vocational and Technical College as an example to explore how to adapt to the new requirements of local industrial development in vocational college personnel training,to provide a strong talent guarantee and technical personnel for the development of local new quality productive forces.
