摘要
本研究旨在探索生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,GAI)技术在高等职业教育中的应用、挑战与实践路径。本文通过分析生成式AI技术的核心特征与高职教育的需求,详细讨论该技术如何通过个性化学习模型的构建、个性化教学方案的设计、智能辅导与评估系统的实施以及基于反馈的持续优化过程,来提高教育质量和学习效率。研究指出,尽管技术融合过程中存在技术资源限制、专业知识缺乏、教育内容匹配难以及伦理与隐私问题等挑战,通过综合策略和持续创新,这些挑战可以得到有效解决。生成式AI技术在高职教育中的应用不仅能够为学生提供更加个性化和高效的学习体验,还能为教育者提供决策支持,有助于实现教育资源的优化配置和教学方法的创新,从而开创高职教育的新时代。
This study aims to explore the application,challenges,and practical approaches of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)technology in higher vocational education.By analyzing the core characteristics of generative AI technology and the needs of higher vocational education,this paper discusses in detail how this technology can improve education quality and learning efficiency through the construction of personalized learning models,the design of personalized teaching schemes,the implementation of intelligent tutoring and evaluation systems,and the continuous optimization process based on feedback.The research points out that despite challenges such as technical resource limitations,lack of expertise,educational content matching problems and ethical and privacy issues in the process of technology integration,these challenges can be effectively addressed through comprehensive strategies and continuous innovation.The application of generative AI technology in higher vocational education can not only provide students with more personalized and efficient learning experiences but also provide decision support for educators,helping to achieve optimal allocation of educational resources and innovation in teaching methods,thereby creating a new era of higher vocational education.
