摘要
大脑中的神经递质存在于神经元突触之间,在化学信号传递过程中发挥重要作用。现代药理研究发现芳香中药及西药等能通过调节脑内多种神经递质及其受体的表达来发挥提神醒脑作用。通过查阅国内外相关文献,发现多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素、组胺、γ-氨基丁酸、乙酰胆碱等水平可在非快速眼动睡眠和快速眼动睡眠时期进行调节,从而调节睡眠-觉醒周期。现从单胺类、氨基酸类等方面概括药物在基础及临床研究中的提神醒脑研究进展,以期为提神醒脑药物的开发提供理论依据。
Neurotransmitters in the brain exist between neuronal synapses and play an important role in the process of chemical signaling.Modern pharmacological studies have found that aromatic Chinese medicine and western medicine can refresh the brain by regulating the expression of various neurotransmitters and their receptors in the brain.From a review of domestic and international literature,we found that the levels of dopamine,norepinephrine,histamine,γ-aminobutyric acid and acetylcholine can be regulated during NREMS and REMS,thus regulating the sleep-wake cycle.In this paper,we summarize the progress of the basic and clinical research on the study of the monoamines and amino acids in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the drugs.
