摘要
目的分析2016至2020年全国67所高等医学院校护理学科科研立项课题。方法自2021年11月收集全国67所高等医学院校2016至2020年护理学科立项项目, 采用描述性统计对立项项目情况和研究领域等进行分析。结果立项课题共收集2 490项, 项目资助资金58 286.22万元;其中, 国家级项目53项(2.1%)、省部级项目1 086项(43.6%)、市级项目118项(4.7%)和护理行业项目1 233项(49.5%);研究领域前5位为跨学科合作类研究1 084项(43.5%), 老年护理358项(14.4%), 护理管理与教育352项(14.1%), 慢病护理290项(11.7%), 临床护理189项(7.6%)。结论护理学科科研立项主要集中于省部级与行业项目;护理学科科研立项数量呈现温和增长;护理科研资金在不同院校和地区上分布失衡;护理研究重心与国家需求相匹配;"护理+X"交叉项目的研究重心偏移。
Objective:to analyze from 2016 to 2020,the country′s 67 higher medical colleges scientific research project subject of nursing science.Methods:from November 2021 to collect higher medical colleges and universities from 2016 to 2020 by the country′s 67 nursing discipline project project,using descriptive statistics to project project situation and research fields were analyzed.Results:the project topic to collect 2490 items,project funding 58286.22 million yuan;Among them,53(2.1%)were national projects,1086(43.6%)were provincial projects,118(4.7%)were municipal projects,and 1233(49.5%)were nursing industry projects.Research studies such as the top five for interdisciplinary collaboration 1084(43.5%),358 items(14.4%)were aged care,352 items(14.1%)were nursing management and education,290 items(11.7%)were chronic disease nursing,and 189 items(7.6%)were clinical nursing.Conclusions:Nursing scientific research projects are mainly concentrated in provincial and ministerial level and industry projects.The number of nursing research projects increased moderately.The distribution of nursing research funds in different colleges and regions was unbalanced.Nursing research center of gravity match the national requirements;The research focus of the″Nursing+X″crossover project shifted.
