摘要
分析经会阴三维超声诊断子宫全切术盆底功能障碍的临床价值。选取2022年4月—2023年3月苏州市中医医院收治的106例行子宫全切术的患者作为研究对象,对患者开展经会阴三维超声诊断,并观察患者手术前后静息状态以及最大Valsalva动作下膀胱颈同耻骨联合下缘的垂直距离、静息状态以及最大Valsalva动作下膀胱尿道后角,同时对比患者手术前后膀胱颈移动度、尿道旋转角以及肛提肌最大裂孔面积差异,最后分析UIA、PUVA和LHA尿失禁曲线下面积。结果显示,患者术后各项指标显著高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,经会阴三维超声诊断子宫全切术盆底功能障碍的临床价值较高,值得推广。
Analyze the clinical value of three-dimensional perineal ultrasound in diagnosing pelvic floor dysfunction during total hysterectomy.106 patients who underwent total hysterectomy at Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was performed on the patients,and the resting state before and after surgery,as well as the vertical distance between the bladder neck and the pubic symphysis under maximum Valsalva maneuver,resting state,and the posterior angle of the bladder urethra under maximum Valsalva maneuver were observed.At the same time,the differences in bladder neck movement,urethral rotation angle,and maximum anal sphincter area before and after surgery were compared.Finally,the area under the UIA,PUVA,and LHA urinary incontinence curves were analyzed.The results showed that all indicators of the patient were significantly higher after surgery than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the clinical value of using perineal three-dimensional ultrasound to diagnose pelvic floor dysfunction during total hysterectomy is high and worthy of promotion.
