摘要
目的探究自我效能情志护理方案对血液净化患者自我管理能力、情绪及家庭功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2022年1月—2022年8月至南阳市第一人民医院进行血液净化的98例患者,将其分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组以常规护理进行干预,观察组通过自我效能情志护理模式进行干预,比较2组患者的家庭功能、情绪以及自我管理能力等方面的差异。结果观察组各方面家庭功能得分优良率较对照组显著更高(P<0.05);观察组在自我管理方面的能力较对照组显著更高(P<0.05);观察组负性心理状态得分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自我效能情志护理模式应用于血液透析患者,可以在一定程度上提高患者对于治疗的认知,促进其自我管理能力的提升,从而提高患者家庭功能,对其负性情绪的缓解有积极作用,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of self-efficacy nursing program on self-management ability,emotion and family function of patients with blood purification.Methods A retrospective analysis of 98 patients who underwent blood purification in Nanyang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2022 was randomly divided into control group of 49 cases and observation group of 49 cases.The control group was intervened by routine nursing,and the observation group was intervened by self-efficacy nursing mode.The family function,emotion and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of family function scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The negative mental state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-efficacy nursing in hemodialysis patients can improve patients'cognition of treatment to a certain extent,promote their self-management ability,so as to improve their family function,and have a positive effect on the relief of their negative emotions.The effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
