摘要
目的:观察全面护理对癫痫患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年6月福建省龙岩市第二医院神经外科收治的癫痫患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全面护理,比较2组患者护理后睡眠质量和心理状况。结果:护理后,2组睡眠时间、睡眠质量和睡眠效率评分均较本组护理前降低(P<0.05),且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较本组护理前降低(P<0.05),且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。睡眠时间、睡眠质量及睡眠效率的恢复情况均较对照组显著(P<0.05);护理后观察组SAS、SDS恢复情况更好(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理可有效改善癫痫患者睡眠质量,还可缓解焦虑及抑郁的心情,使其保持良好的心态接受医治,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on sleep quality of epilepsy patients.Methods:Seventy patients with epilepsy admitted to the neurosurgery department of the Second Longyan Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing,and the sleep quality and psychological status of the two groups were compared after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of sleep time,sleep quality and sleep efficiency in 2 groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in 2 groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of sleep time,sleep quality and sleep efficiency were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive care can effectively improve the sleep quality of epilepsy patients,alleviate anxiety and depression,so that they maintain a good state of mind to receive treatment,which is worthy of promoting.
