摘要
中华优秀传统医德是历代医学名家在职业实践中逐步形成的基本道德规范。它对当代医学从业者具有深刻的教育意义,对新时代医学人才的道德培养也具有重要作用。中华优秀传统医德理念主要由“仁者爱人”“救世济人”的职业理想、“以义为先”“注重廉洁”的道德品质、“穷究方术”“求真务实”的拼搏精神三个维度构成。以义利观、使命感和责任感教育为出发点,融合清正廉洁的义利观养成、医乃仁术的职业道德形塑,以及精益求精的人生追求建构,是实现中华优秀传统医德融入新时代医学生道德教育的有效路径,以培养高素质医学生,为医药学领域储备德才兼备的优秀人才。
The Chinese excellent traditional medical ethics is a basic moral norm gradually formed in the professional practice of all medical masters in the past dynasties.It has profound educational meaning for medical practitioners of this date,and plays an important role in moral education for medical talents in the new era.The Chinese excellent traditional medical ethics is formed from three dimensions:the professional ideal of benevolence,love and salvation,the moral character of being righteousness-first and integrity-centered,and the inquiring spirit of pursuing excellence and pragmatism.Starting from the education on the attitude for obligation and profit,the sense of mission and the sense of responsibility,the ways to effectively integrating Chinese excellent traditional medical ethics into moral education for medical students in the new era are as follows:forming the attitude for obligation and profit effective integrating honesty and uprightness;shaping professional ethics deeming medical skill as humanity;building a life pursuit for perfection.It helps train high-quality medical students and reserve virtuous talents for medicine and pharmacy.
