摘要
阐述将液压支架与电业控制系统相结合,可以将液压支架的工作模式从传统人工控制操作变为由计算机程序控制的电子信号操作,实现对工作设备的全面控制。使用液压支架电液控制系统跟机自动化技术,可以通过监控中心对液压支架全工作面进行远程操作,有助于满足在复杂环境下的工作需求。
This paper expounds that the electrical control system of a crane needs to ensure that the equipment is always in normal operation during practical application.It analyzes the problems and causes in the electrical application of traditional cranes,the content of crane electrical transformation,and provides comprehensive analysis and targeted suggestions for the issues that need attention in the process of crane electrical control system transformation.
