管理方格理论视角下“9.9”型领导方式提升员工绩效的策略探析

摘要 管理方格理论视角下的“9.9”型领导方式对团队与组织中员工绩效的提升具有正向作用。管理方格理论视角下的“9.9”型领导方式以实现团队与组织中相关主体的协同作用为目标导向,以“对于生产的关心”“对于人的关心”及“激励度”三个衡量维度进行方格构建,本文重点研究在“9.9”型领导方式所追求的目标导向下员工绩效获得有效提升的可能性。“9.9”型领导方式为领导者提升员工绩效提供了(1/0)式、(1/1)式、(1/多)式与(1/全体)式四种可供选择的策略方法,并为策略方法的选择提供了判断依据。 The“9.9”leadership mode under the management square theory is of constructive significance to the improvement of employee performance in the team and the organization.The“9.9”type of leadership under the management square theory is oriented to achieve the synergy of the related subjects among the team and the organization,with“concern for production”,“concern for people”and incentive as three dimensions of square construction.This paper focuses on the possibility of improving employee performance under the“9.9”type of leadership.The“9.9”type of leadership also provides four options of(1/0),(1/1),(1/many)and(1/all)strategies for leaders to improve employee performance as well as a criterion basis for the selection of strategies and methods.
