摘要
目的研究循证下早期功能锻炼方案在乳腺癌术后的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月江西省肿瘤医院收治的乳腺癌改良根治术患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组采用单纯术后功能锻炼运动干预,观察组采用乳腺癌术后功能锻炼的量化指标锻炼方法干预,比较两组患者手功能、肩关节活动度、伤口恢复及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组手指关节活动度、腕关节背伸活动度、拇指与食指对捏次数、肩关节活动度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动评估表(FMA)评分高于对照组,Bates-Jensen伤口评估工具(BWAT)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-100)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用乳腺癌术后功能锻炼的量化指标锻炼方法干预,有效促使乳腺癌患者术后肩关节活动度恢复,改善其手功能,促进伤口愈合,提高其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the application of evidence-based early functional exercise program in postoperative breast cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy treated in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received simple postoperative functional exercise intervention,while the observation group received quantitative index exercise intervention for postoperative functional exercise.Hand function,shoulder motion,wound recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the finger joint motion,wrist joint back extension motion,thumb and index finger pinch times and shoulder joint motion in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Fugl-Meyer exercise assessment scale(FMA)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Bates-Jensen wound assessment tool(BWAT)score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-100)in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative index of functional exercise intervention after breast cancer surgery can effectively promote the recovery of shoulder motion,improve hand function,promote wound healing and improve life quality of breast cancer patients,which is worth promoting.
