摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术探析近15年中药治疗异位妊娠的用药特点及配伍规律。方法:检索中文数据库中近15年有关中药治疗异位妊娠的文献;依据纳入、排除标准,筛选文献并建立数据库;使用Excel软件对处方中药物出现频次,性、味、归经、类别频次进行统计分析;再使用SPSS软件进行关联规则及聚类分析。结果:最终获得处方192个,涉及中药136种。使用频次较高的药物为赤芍、丹参、莪术等。常用药物类别为活血化瘀药、清热药及补虚药。使用频次前3的药性为微寒、平、温,使用频次前3的药味为苦、辛、甘,药物归经以肝经、脾经、心经为主。关联分析中得出,二联和三联共36条强关联规则,其中支持度最高的是丹参-赤芍和莪术-赤芍-三棱。聚类分析得出4个有效聚类群。结论:中药治疗异位妊娠的基本方法为活血化瘀、清热消癥。所用中药以活血化瘀药为主,同时配伍清热药、补虚药等。用药注重辛温与苦寒配伍原则,多心肝脾同调。中药处方可以赤芍、丹参、莪术等为主药进行加减。
Objective: To explore the characteristics and compatibility rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy based on data mining technology. Methods: The literature about the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with Chinese medicine in the past 15 years was retrieved from the Chinese database, and a database was established after screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Excel software was used to statistically analyze the occurrence frequency, medicine properties, medicine tastes, meridian tropism, and category frequency of herbal medicines in the prescriptions. Then SPSS software was used for association rules and cluster analysis. Results: A total of 192 prescriptions were obtained, involving 136 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines. It was found that the most frequently used herbal medicines in Chinese medicine prescriptions were Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae) etc.. Commonly used medicine categories were blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines, heat-clearing medicines and tonic medicines. The top three medicine properties in terms of usage frequency were slightly cold, bland and warm, and the top three medicinal flavors were bitter, pungent and sweet. In terms of meridian tropism, it was mainly liver meridian, spleen meridian and heart meridian. In the association analysis, there were 36 strong association rules of two-way and three-way, among which the highest support rate was Danshen-Chishao, Ezhu and Chishao-Sanleng(Rhizoma Sparganii). In the cluster analysis, there were four effective clustering groups. Conclusion: The basic methods of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy are blood-activating, stasis-removing, heat-clearing and mass-eliminating. The main Chinese medicines are blood-activating and stasis-removing, which are compounded with heat-clearing medicines and tonic medicines, focusing on the compatibility principle of pungent and warm with bitter and cold, and regulating the heart, liver and spleen together. The prescription of traditional Chinese medicine can be modified with Chishao, Danshen, Ezhu, etc..
