摘要
目的:分析优化腔镜清洗流程对消毒供应中心工作质量的影响。方法:选取昆山市第二人民医院消毒供应中心于2023年5—8月清洗的197件腔镜作为研究对象,其中2023年5—6月常规清洗99件腔镜,2023年7—8月优化清洗98件腔镜,分别纳入常规清洗组、优化清洗组。比较3种检测方法下两组腔镜清洗合格率以及两组腔镜的周转率、清洗质量评分、损坏率。结果:优化清洗组腔镜样本在目测清洗合格率及器械周转率与常规清洗组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);优化清洗组在放大镜检测法、残留蛋白检测法下的清洗合格率、清洗质量评分更高,损坏率更低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理优化消毒供应中心的腔镜清洗流程能够提高腔镜清洗合格率,降低损坏率,同时能够提高消毒供应中心的清洗工作质量,效果较为显著。
Objective:To analyze the impact of optimizing the luminal cleaning process on the work quality of sterilization supply center.Methods:One hundred and ninety-seven luminal scopes cleaned by the Sterilization Supply Center of Kunshan Second People's Hospital in May-August 2023 were selected as the study object.Among them,ninety-nine luminal scopes were routinely cleaned in May-June 2023,and ninety-eight luminal scopes were optimally cleaned in July-August 2023,which were included in the conventional cleaning group and the optimized cleaning group,respectively,compared the cleaning pass rate of the lumens in the two groups under the three testing methods,as well as the turnover rate,cleaning quality score,and damage rate of the lumens in the two groups.Results:Compared with the conventional cleaning group,there was no statistically significant difference between the visual cleaning pass rate and instrument turnover rate of the luminal mirror samples in the optimized cleaning group(P>0.05);the optimized cleaning group had a higher cleaning pass rate,higher cleaning quality scores,and lower damage rate under the magnifying glass detection method and the residual protein detection method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable optimization of the luminal mirror cleaning process in sterilization supply centers can improve the qualification rate of luminal mirror cleaning,reduce the damage rate,and at the same time can improve the quality of cleaning work in sterilization and supply centers,with a more significant effect.
