摘要
在传统的工程建设产业管理模式下,产业的价值流和资金流呈现出分离的状态,这种状态是造成产业资金周转周期长的原因,而当下的解决方案是添加诸如预付款、材料专项款、垫资中介、农民工工资管理制度等制度补丁。首先重新定义产业价值,继而对产业价值和资金的转换过程进行分析,在此基础上提出两种新的价值流和资金流的管理模式,最终达到让产业价值和资金从分离到融合,从相互制约到相互赋能的目的。
Under the traditional management model of engineering construction industry,the value flow and capital flow of the industry show a separated state,which is the reason for the long turnover cycle of industrial funds.The current solution is to add institutional pudding such as advance payment,special material funds,advance payment intermediaries,and migrant worker wage management systems.Firstly,the industrial value was redefined,followed by an analysis of the conversion process between industrial value and capital.Based on this,two new management models for value and capital flows were proposed,ultimately achieving the goal of separating and integrating industrial value and capital,and mutually constraining and empowering each other.
